First seed start: Sowed 12 Feb 2003, Germinated Feb 2003

Well all of my sinningias have finally bloomed!! They range in size from 9-10 1/2 inches across & have very dark green leaves (although when they first started they were two different shades of green) anyway... the blossoms are a rich velvety dark royal purple with white backs & slightly frilly on the edges. They look like florists gloxinias to me. Do they have a "name"?? I'm going to repot then into 4" pots & enjoy them as long as possible :)
